Tumbling

Kids love to tumble! Tumbling is a key component of gymnastics and also provides amazing skills that help athletes excel in other sports. Outside of gymnastics, tumbling serves students in cheerleading, diving, martial arts, soccer, football, and many other sports.  Designed for beginning tumblers, this class will help students develop strength, coordination, and flexibility. Through structured progressions, students will learn forward and backward rolls, handstands, bridge kick overs, back bend kick overs, back walkovers, front walkovers, cartwheels, and round-offs.  Our Sweet Peas curriculum focuses on proper technique and form to build a strong foundation to more advanced tumbling skills. This class is for 6 years and up.
